I want to cancel my reservation

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation cancelled with a minimum 6 hours notice prior to the pick up time. Refunds usually show to your account within 7 days.

There is a no processing fee for each leg of a reservation that is cancelled at any time after booking and prior to (6) hours before the pickup time. In the event that the reservation is cancelled after six hours prior to the pickup time, the cancellation charge will continue to be the full fare of the reservation.

We are charging $30 per hour for waiting time if customer go to the immigration with any reason.

If your credit card has been charged, your credit card account will automatically be refunded. This will take a few business days. Refundable cancellations must be made by form 6 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Niagara Falls Shuttle service at the time of booking gives you the flexibility to change your reservation without fees.

Niagara Falls Shuttle Services allows customers a grace period of 6 hours from the time of making the reservation to cancel a booking and receive a full refund.

No credit or refunds will be given for no shows, cancellations made past cut-off times, or for fare differences after a reservation has been made.

At the time you submit a service booking request you will be required to make full payment. If your booking cancelled we will reimburse you in full for any payment made using the same method by which you made payment to us. But if you didn’t make any payment for your booking we have a right to cancel your booking with some reason. We reserve the right to cancel your ride if there is any weather conditions, accident,driver situation ,car problems or any reason etc..

We can’t guarantee weather, traffic or road conditions. We will reschedule or we will refund your money back. Unusual, extraordinary situations, we will add credit you for your next trip. The credit given to you must be used within one year.
